KNUTSFORD FC continue to keep their hopes of survival alive.

A 3-2 derby home success against Egerton on Tuesday night leaves them six points clear of the bottom two in the Cheshire Football League Premier Division ahead of their final game of the season at home to Eagle Sports tomorrow, Thursday, kick off sending 6:45 p.m.

Daniel Pemberton, Paul Riley and Samuel Hadfield-Summerbee scored the goals in a fifth win in a row for the rejuvenated Reds under new manager Nick Ward.

The rivals for the drop have up to five games in hand, so the Reds will have to play a waiting game to see if they avoid relegation.

Billinge is currently second from bottom and lost 2-0 at AFC Knowsley on Tuesday night.

They have six games left between Saturday and May 21.

The Winstanley Warriors fell to third from bottom, one point behind Knutsford with three games in hand.

Last-placed Daten is now eight points behind the Reds with three games to go but they are set to win them all even if Knutsford dropped points in their last game to finish above Ward’s men.
